Harvest Assembly The Back Mountain Harvest Assembly will present its 8th annual live Nativity program, "The Gift," on Dec. 15, 16, 17 at 7 p.m. on the Harvest Assembly grounds at 340 Carverton Rd. in Trucksville. The program, a retelling of the story of the birth of Jesus, features over 100 actors, actresses, and live animals in a re-creation of the village of Bethlehem. The performance is open to the public free of charge; all are welcome. People are advised to dress warmly, as it will be an outdoor program; bleacher seating is provided. Board of Supervisors announces its Annual Holiday Homes Decorating Contest, which will be judged on Dec. 20. The Contest is sponsored by the Board of Supervisors and judged by the Recreation Commission. First prize will be a $100 U.S. Savings Bond, second prize a $75 bond, and third a $50 bond. Best new entry wins a $50 bond.
