Gift wrapping services will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Holiday paper, bow and tags will be provided - you provide the gift and box. Babysitting services will also be available for mothers or fa- thers who would like a few hours to spend shopping without their children. There are {wo sessions available for children 4-12 years old. All proceeds from the holiday services offered will be used to- wards yearly troop activities Dog biscuit fundraiser by Senior Girl Scouts Senior Girl Scout Troop #665 of Dallas will be holding a homemade dog biscuit sale on Saturday, Dec. 9 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Thomas's - Market in Shavertown. Three different varieties of dog biscuits will be packaged and ready for holiday gift giving. The dog biscuit varieties available will be: Regular, Peanut Butter, and Carob. The profits will be used for yearly troop activities. [ First Union donates to Meadows The First Union National Bank's Foundation recently dongted $5,000 to the Rev. Jule Ayers' "Friends of EEI" (Ecumenical Enterprises, Inc.) annual appeal. The donation will be used to assist the Meadows Nursing Center and the Meadows Manor in Dallas in purchasing needed equipment and amenities for guests. Call for Red Cross blood-drive volunteers The American Red Cross needs volunteers to assist with blood drives.
