Grange bank declares stock split Grange National Bank Corp., the holding company for Grange National Bank, announced that the Board of Directors has declared a 1.5 percent stock dividend to all shareholders or record as of June 9, 2000. This equates to 54¢ per share at the June 9, 2000 stock prices of 836 per share. The dividend will be payable in stock in the company.
