Steven Culbertson, president of Youth Service America, will serve as the program's moderator. Following the town meeting, the high school students will partici- pate in various workshops built around the major issues discussed at the meeting. The Youth Summit, now in its third year, is organized by the Youth Symposium of Wilkes- Barre. America's Promise, a na- tional youth organization, also is sponsoring this year's event.
