Walton, 79, of Dal- las, died Mar. 21, 1999, at the Meadows Nursing Home, Dallas. Born Nov. 13, 1919 in Wilkes- Barre, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Schuler) Beyer. She was employed as the vice president/secretary of the former Walton Machine & Tool Co., Hanover, which she and her hus- band owned. She was a former member of Messiah Lutheran Church, Wilkes-Barrre; the Wyoming Val- ley Art League and the Cider Paint- ers of America. She was preceded in death by her husand, Orville T. ‘Surviving are her daughters, Judith L. Martin and Cheryl Walton, both of Dallas. Interment, Oak Lawn Cem- etery, Hanover Township. FRANK LEONARD Frank H. Leonard, Bryan Drive, Dallas, died Mar. 19, 1999, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Swoyersville, he was the son of the late Frank J. and Stephanie Zelasko Leonard. He was educated in the : Swoyersville schools and was a graduate of Swoyersville High School, class of 1949. Before his retirment, he was employed as a truck driver. He also owned and operated Leonard's Dairy in Swoyersville from 1967-71. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. He was aa member of Wyoming Volunteer ' Hose Co. 2, Swoyersville; American Legion Post 0644; Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 396, Wyoming; and the - Wyoming Monument War Veter- ans Association. He and his wife, the former Dolores Verbetich, would have celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary on April 14, Surviving in addition to his wife, are daughters, Susan Billings and Kelly Lowery, both of Dallas: sons, David, Carlisle; Sidney, Luzerne; sister, Louise Schwartz, Swoyersville; six grandchildren: and two great-grandchildren. . Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Swoyersville. ALICE NAUGLE Alice W. Naugle, 92, of Trucksville died Mar. 13, 1999, in .Hospice Care of the VNA at Heri- tage House in Wilkes-Barre. Born April 22, 1906, in Ashley, she was a daughter of the late Owen E. and Rhoda Williams. She was a 1924 graduate of Hanover Township High School, and received a teaching degree from Bloomsburg Normal School. She was a substitute teacher at Hanover Township High School and taught at School No. 8 in Ashley, the Lee Park School in Hanover Township and Lyndwood Elementary School, retiring in 1971. She was a member of the Trucksville United Methodist Church in Kingston Township. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude. Surviving are nieces and neph- ews. LOUISE LINCOLN Louise (Evans) Lincoln, of the Meadows Nursing Center, in Dal- las died Mar. 18, 1999, at the nursing center. Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late William B. and Carrie A. (Haas) Evans. She resided in the Wyoming Valley for the past 35 years and resided at the Meadows for the past three years. : She was amember of Jehovah's Witnesses, Dallas Congregation Kingdom Hall. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter A.
