Alesi, board chairman. The new members are Michele L. Abrusso ‘64, senior executive vice president of The AIG Life Com- panies (U.S.), members of Ameri- can International Group; Alan J. Finlay, president of Humford Eq- uities; Sandy Insalaco, Sr. Direc- tor of Development of the Insalaco Development. . Group;. Sr. Catherine McGroarty, R.S.M., president of the Sisters of Mercy of Dallas. Michelle Abruzzo, a 1964 alumna of College Misericordia, earned her law degree at New York Law School. From 1995 to 1998, she served as president of AIG Equity Sales Corp. the corporation’s broker/dealer and manages the Pensions, Financial Institutions and Corporate Life Markets of division of the firm's United States life insurance op- erations. AIG is the largest world- wide provider of financial services, and Michele is one of the highest ranking women in any of AIG's worldwide operating divisions. Alan J.
