EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 1) Education equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by training in public safety call taking and dispatching 2) Three (3) years of work experience in public safety 9-1-1 call taking and dispatching: or 3) Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
