Born in Hanover Township, she was the daughter of the late Wasil and Julia Brelick Godumski. She resided in Hanover Town- ship before moving to Dallas and Lehman Township where she lived for many years. She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catho- lic Church, Plymouth, and the St. Olga’s Society and its choir. . She was last employed by O'Malia Laundry, Forty Fort. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Wr.,; a daughter, Bernice Magill; broth- ers, Nicholas, Peter, Paul, Michael, Wasil and James Godumski. ' Surviving are sons, Michael Jr., Lehman; Russell, Dallas; six grandchildren; a sister, Verna Klimuska, Lyndwood, Hanover Township; numerous nieces and nephews. Born May 3, 1942, she was the daugher of the late Roy C. and Rose Butry Newell. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Wilkes-Barre Apparel for 25 years. She was a member of the Inde- pendent Bible Church, Noxen. Surviving are brothers, Leroy H., and Richard G. Newell, both of Noxen; Charles C. Newell, Dallas; and several nieces and nephews. The celebration focuses on earth-friendly holiday decorations and activities, and included ornament and wreath making, decorating cookies, construction of a gingerbread house and decorating and lighting the Christmas tree. Children from Little People Day Care School, Dallas Elementary and Westmoreland Elementary School participated in the program. DALLAS YOUTH BASKETBALL Grade 3-4 results Florida State 31 - North Carolina 11 In the first games of the 3rd and 4th grade Dallas Youth Bas- ketball for the 1996-97 season, Florida State defeated North Caro- lina by a score of 31-11. Florida State's offense was led by Eric “Little Penny” Domzalski with a game high 15 points, followed by Kenny Regan with 8 points and David Harding with 6 points. North Carolina's offense was led by Tommy Hadzor with 9 points, Kyle Mahle and Adam King had a fine defensive game for North Caro- lina.
