(b) Second and/or Subsequent Offenses - The skateboard of any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance for the second and/or subsequent time shall be impounded by the Police Department of the Borough of Dallas for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, and said person shall, upon convic- tion, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars and not more than Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars, and costs.
