Classen, president and "CEO of PNC Bank Northeast Re- gion and chairman of the Boy Scouts’ Annual Friends of Scout- ing Dinner. Dr. Stettler served as the ninth president of Wyoming Seminary for 23 years prior to his retire- ment in 1990. A native of Phila- ‘delphia, Dr. Stettler earned his bachelor of arts degree in philoso- phy and English from Dickenson College, Carlisle. He also has served as a mem- ber of the board of directors of the United Way of Wyoming Valley, chairman of the board, and gen- eral chairman of the 1984 cam- paign. Stettler has also served on the boards of Leadership Wilkes- Barre, Nesbitt Memorial Hospital and Nesbitt Hospital Foundation. Additionally, he has been ac- tive with the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts, Northeast- ern Pennsylvania Philharmonic, the ad hoc committee to improve government in Luzerne County, PA Home Role Charter, Y.M.C.A. of Wilkes-Barre, the Westmoreland Club, Alpha Chi Rho Fraternity, and the Omicron Delta Kappa National Honorary Society. Dr. Stettler has received nu- merous honors including: dedi- cation of the Wallace F. Stettler Learning Resources Center by the Wyoming Seminary Board of Trustees, Distinguished Pennsyl- vanian Award given by the Greater Philanthropist Chamber of Com- merce, the Wyoming Valley Inter- faith Council Annual Award of Distinction, Community Service Award presented by the Seligman J. Strauss Lodge of B'nai B'rith, the Francis Asbury Award by the Wyoming Conference, Distin- guished Service Award presented by the Board of Trustees, Wyo- ming Seminary and the Outstand- ing Volunteer Fund Raising Award presented by the Greater Pocono Northeast Chapter, National So- ciety of Fund Raising Executives. Dr. Stettler and his wife Sue reside in Dallas. They have three sons: Stephen, Samuel and Davis, all graduates of Wyoming Semi- nary and Kenyon College, Bucknell University, and Princeton University, respectively. The Distinguished Citizen Award will be presented to Dr. Stettler at the Thirteenth Annual Friends of Scouting Dinner Feb- ruary 22, at the Genetti Hotel and Convention Center. Attend international meeting Jim Kozemchak, owner, and Jeff Kerstetter, manager of Ace Hoffman-Paramount Studio in Plymouth, recently attendced the 3rd Annual Convention of Senior Photographers International, held in St. Petersburg Beach, Florida in early Kozemchak and Kerstetter were among the 500 attendees keeping up to date on the latest trend in photographing high school seniors. The local photographers participated in sessions and the exchange of ideas on poses, lighting, and how to better serve their clients and viewed the latest in supplies and equipment at a trade show.
