The duo struck out 11 and allowed only two hits. April Naugle and Sarah Armand had three hits each for the Red Sox with Julia Chiampi and Megan Tribendis adding two hits a piece. Rachel Kukosky added a double and Kristen Lipski, Jen Lentini and Mary Jane Gover all singled. Strajeski and Valvano had hits for the Phillies. RED SOX 18 - HARVEYS LAKE 2 April Naugle struck out 12 and allowed only three hits leading the Red Sox to a 18-2 win over the Cardinals. Julia Chiampi, Rachel Kukosky, Amanda Stolarick, April Naugle and Sarah Armand all had two hits each for the Red Sox. Carla Chiampi and Elizabeth Samanas added singles. Peiffer, Sutliff and Parsons had hits for the Cardinals. DODGERS 16 - BOB HORLACHER BREWERS 12 Stacey Amann got the win for the Dodgers with eight strikeouts and batted two singles. Jesse Tarity slammed a home run and Melonie Sappe showed her bat- ting prowess with a triple, double and single. Christy Hiller also put in a great batting performance with a double and single. Lynn ~ Kirkwood hit a triple and a single, with teammates Nichole Seiwell, Monica Latosek, April Adelson, and Carrie Cocolon helping out with singles. Chelsea Ostrowski led her team's batting with a double and single, with Trina Konnick and Denise Kovaleski hitting multiple singles. DODGERS 32 - CARDS 12 The Cardinals put in a good effort in trying to stop the Dodgers in their game this past week. Melonie Sappe led the Dodgers’ batting attack with a home run and two singles. Jesse Tarity hit two doubles and a triple, with Christy Hiller batting three for three with six RBI's. Monica Latosek, April Adelson, Nicole Seiwell and Carrie Cocolon each batted singles. Multiple singles were racked up by their teammates Nichole Seiwell, Jonelle Dickson, Carrie Cocolon, Lynn Kirkwood and Shannon Leary. DODGERS 22 - BOB HORLACHER BREWERS 14 The Bob Horlacher Brewers put on a great performance with the batting skills of Denise Kovaleski and Brynn Kovalik with a single each. double and single in their rally against the Dodgers. DODGERS 11 - WHITE SOX 7 A great performance was put in by all in the game between the White Sox and Dodgers. Winning pitcher for the Dodgers was Melo- nie Sappe with six strikeouts. She also hit a double and single, as did Monica Latosek.
