The speaker will be Susan ‘Buttons, whose topic will be “The Power of Prayer”. The United Methodist Women ‘will hold their monthly meeting on May 9 at 7 p.m. in the Memo- ‘rial Room (Church lower level). ‘President Bonnie Pajka will pre- side. Devotions and a program en- titled “Children, Making the World Safe for Us” will be presented by the members of the Susanna Children and Family Fellowship. Refreshments will be served. All members of the church and the community are welcome. The Executive Committee will meet at 11 a.m. in the Memorial Room. The Combined Conference/ District Spring Meeting of the United Methodist Women will be held May 13 at the Tunkhannock United Methodist Church.
