LCCC offers course on making stained glass Dallas High School will host a course on stained glass crafting offered by Luzerne County Community College Office of Community Services from March 8 through April. The classes are designed to introduce students to the techniques of constructing stained glass in the original Tiffany method. After the introductory project is completed, instructor Gene Taylor will assist students with individual projects. Previous students are welcome to attend for more advanced projects.
