Students help S SPCA ’ The Dallas Middle School Student Council recently conducted its annual SPCA charity drive to collect dog and cat food, towels, cleaning supplies and money contributions. Fifteen large boxes of food and supplies were given to the Luzerne County chapter of the SPCA.
