(KePRO) helps Medi- care enrollees in Pennsylvania to understand their basic rights. Enrollees can call KePRO's toll-free hotline, 1-800-322-1914, if they have questions concerning their Medicare rights, or to register com- plaints about the quality of medical care they received in Pennsylvania hospitals or nursing homes, or through home health care. KePRO's services are free to Medicare enrollees. KePRO provides free brochures and wallet cards that describe enrollees’ rights, and information about where they can turn for help. Named to VNA Hospice board Back Mountain residents Maureen Moran, Dr. Charles Krivenko and Robert Matley have been named to the initial Board of Directors of Hospice Care of the VNA, a new nonprofit home health care program from the Visiting Nurse Association. Fly-tying courses start Jan. 16 The 8th annual Stanley Cooper Sr. Fly Tying Classes are scheduled to begin on January 16 for eight weeks. Beginners and advanced tyers also benefit from instructors’ experience and may learn some new techniques. The course begins with an introduction to hooks and materials. Students will tie a Woolly Bugger. Later sessions will cover wet {lies and nymphs, streamers and dry flies and terrestial patterns. The cost of the course is $40, which includes instruction and | materials. All students must bring or may buy a set of tools.
