Convicted murderer Ronnie Use the coupon on page 2 to subscribe Waddell is pronounced dead in Virginia's electric chair. Dr. Kay Scarpetta has been waiting for his body in the morgue. It is strange, preparing for an autopsy before the subject is dead. “Missing Joseph” by Elizabeth George is a novel of psychological suspense. It takes Thomas Lynley and Simon St. James to the bleak winter landscape of Lancashire. There against the gloomy moors and winter mists of the country- side, the tangled intimate rela- tionships are played out with passion, with grief or with ‘the intention to kill.
