Unless Dr. McMahon files a change of address with Sacco, she has no proof that he has moved, Sacco said. Dallas High School to host Miss Teen pageant May 16 Dallas High School will host the official PA state competition finals for Miss '93 Teen PA on Sunday, May 16. Entrants and production personnel will be on- site at the Dallas High School throughout the weekend with rehearsals, followed by each Teen's’ private interview with the judges panel, and then the stage event at 7 p.m. that evening. DOVE Post Staff Two residents of Cease Terrace at Lake Silkworth complained to the Lehman Township supervi- sors ar their regular meeting April 19 that a neighbor has been using his lot as a dumping area. Mrs. Pat Dorrance and her daughter, Linda, said that Mi- chael Rayes, who has been accu- mulating various items on his property, now has at least 50 tele- vision sets, a Job Johnny and garbage which has attracted rats around his home. Rayes is now dumping items onto a lot next to his, which he doesn’t own, Mrs. Dorrance said. Linda Dorrance showed the supervisors color photos of the lot in question, showing numerous television sets and large appli- ances scattered around the home, which she said has no running water. Mrs. Dorrance has recently observed strangers driving to Rayes’ property to dump garbage.
