Holsan of New York City, New York were recently united in marriage. The double-ring ceremony was performed by Msgr. Kevin P. O'Neill at St. Therese's Church in Shavertown. The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose Ann Chunca 4 groom, Maria Stancavage and Dorine Grose. The groom chose John Mascia as best man. Ushers were John An evening cocktail hour and reception was held in the Grand Ballroom at East Mountain Inn, Wilkes-Barre. The bride was hon- ored at a shower given by her mother, her godmother, Rose Ann Nethercott and her attendants at The Overbrook Inn, Dallas. Arehearsal dinner was hosted by the parents of the groom at The @ crbrook Inn. The bride is a graduate of Bishop O'Reilly High School and attended the Fashion Institute of Philadelphia. She works in the fashion industry as a retail buyer. \ The groom is a graduate of Mount Saint Michael High School and na College where he majored in finance. He attended Pace University for his Masters Degree. He is employed as a Regional In- vestment Consultant for Lincoln Savings Bank, Manhattan. Back Mountain Kiwanis elects officers for 1992-93 At a recent meeting of The Back Mountain Kiwanis Club held at Friendly’'s Restaurant in Dallas election for 1992-93 offices were held and the following members were elected to offices: | President Clem Norman, 1st Vice President Dave Crissman, 2nd Vice President Patsy Crissman, Treas- urer, Steve Klaboe, Secretary John Rogers. Elected to the Board of Direc- tors were the following: Drue Daniels, Susan Stephens, Jim Lawson, Joseph McDonald, and Art Parks. Gus Faerber a member of many years was elected to the position of Honorary Board mem- ber. During the month of December, The Back Mountain Kiwanis Club is planning to have a Christmas party for the residents of the Mountainside Manor Nursing Home in Dallas and the Special Education classes of the Lake- Lehman and Dallas School Dis- tricts.
