He was a 1964 gradu- ate of Northwest High School and also attended Penn State Univer- sity. He was employed by several electron microscopy companies including Kevex, Etec and LaMont Scientific. He was owner and presi- dent of Dauksis Construction Company, Dallas. He was a member of the George M. Dallas Lodge 531; the Keystone Consistory, Scranton and was on the directors staff of the Irem Temple. He was also active for many years with the Wilkes-Barre Tri- athlon and the Harveys Lake Pro- tective Association.
