Bill Bachman, senior director of corporate communications for the areas'’s largest health insurer, says residents from the Stroudsburg, Poconos and Hazleton areas have called Blue Cross recently com- plaining of door-to-door sales tech- niques. Bachman says Blue Cross and Blue Shield has never solicited health insurance coverage in its 53 year history.
