COMMUNITY Back Mountain Jaycees gain Chapter of the Year honors The Back Mountain Jaycees were recently named “Chapter of the Year” at the year-end meeting of the Pennsylvania Jaycees Re- gion 4, which encompasses all of Northeastern and part of Central Pennsylvania. Presenting this honor to the local chapter was regional director Donna Cupinski. Cupinski cited the Back Mountain chapter for its outstanding leadership training efforts through community service during the 1989-90 year. The annual award is given to that local chapter which demonstrates the Jaycees tradition of sharing the opportunity for personal growth and community betterment.
