Leo, a 1986 graduate of Dallas High School, was considering his future plans after receiving an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State, when his younger brother, David, told decided to enlist. Leo recently completed training as a Strategic Aircraft Maintenance Specialist at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas. He is currently as- signed to Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma as a Crew Chief for the C-5 Galaxy Aircraft, the free world’s largest aircraft.
