10 The Dallas Post Dallas, PA Wednesday, January 11, 1989 SCHOOL Misericordia students complete community service project Eleven students from College Misericordia’s social work program formed the foundation of a volunteer corps to provide assistance with reading and study skills for the school-age children of O’Karma Terrace, Wilkes-Barre. The students worked through the leadership of Project Remain, an outreach | program sponsored by the Sisters of Mercy. The Misericordia students will receive college credit for their four-month community service work.
