Kimberly Ford — Popple Kimberly Paige Ford weds Mark Popple All Saints Episcopal Church, Norristown, Pa. provided the setting for the recent marriage of Kimberly Paige Ford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard M. Ford, Dallas, formerly of Norristown, to Mark Anthony Popple, son of Mr. and Mrs. John L. Popple, Bear Creek The Rev. Robert H. Coble of All Saints and the Rev. Prater of Prince of Peace Episcopal Church, Dallas, concelebrated John S. Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Linda A. Bullo as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Michele M. Souza, Kristin D. Parkinson, Pamela L. Butera, and Pamela J. Olsen. Jeffrey S. Popple was best man for his brother. Ushers were David C. Popple, brother of the bridegroom; Robert A. Mrs. Popple is the granddaughter of Mrs. Charles H. Stoy, Jr., Bridgeport, Pa. and the late Charles H. Stoy, Jr., both formerly of King of Prussia, Pa. Paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Donald R. Area graduates of Misericordia Kingston 1938 class holds 50th reunion An area high school class got a unique opportunity not that many graduating classes get a chance to enjoy -- getting together for a 50th anniversary reunion celebration. The Kingston Township High School Class of 1938 celebrated their 50th reunion at the Castle Inn, Dallas, on Saturday, May 28. Members of the reunion commit- . tee reported that they had worked very diligently over the past two years to make theaffair possible, spending much time planning and contacting members. Members of the committee were; . Charlotte D. Martin, Chairman (Captain); Norma Henning Ritchie, Co-chairman (First Mate); Walter Gosart, Treasurer (Skipper); and Crew: Eleanor Brown Montross, Betty Case Kunkle, Ellen Gregory Crispell, Dorothy Loveland Griffith and Robert Rave. The original officers of the class were: President, Bernard Wilson (deceased) ; Vice-president, Norma Henning; Secretary, Betty Owens and Treasurer, Edward Gallagher. The 1938 Class Motto was ‘“Launched-But Not Anchored.” The Class Colors were purple and white. The Class Flower was the gar- denia. The Golden Cruise of Memory began at 6 p.m., with muster for dinner at 7 p.m. The dinner was attended by 30 class members and their spouses. Charlotte Martin welcomed all present with thanks to the commit- tee and introduced the co-chairper- son Norma Henning Ritchie. Following these introductions, a few minutes of silence were observed in loving memory of deceased members. The invocation, given by Susan Palmer Rice, preceded dinner, a program of reminiscing and group singing. The evening ended with the bene- diction by Susan Palmer Rice and the singing of the class’s original Alma Mater. A display of memorabilia, news- paper articles, headlines and ads were available for observation and conversation. NOW — Officers of the Kingston Township High School Graudtaing Class of 1938 toast their classmates who attended their 50th class reunion. Thirty members of the class and their spouses attended the gala event. College Misericordia graduated more than 230 men and women who received associate, bachelors and masters degrees at the college's 62nd commencement convocation on May 21.
