Lindsey and Ellen, two lovely little four year old twins, were checking their books out the other day and stopped to look over our fancy soaps display. Evidently, this is a routine stop for them when leaving the library. One of the twins said, ‘There’s Garfield, he’s my favorite’ and the other Santa Clauses. Also, there are two pigs in the Jishiay and ney advised me that one of the pigs had turned upside down. One cute little boy was in one day admiring the transformers that are on display and actually began talking to them. Some of the things he said were, ‘I want this one, right now’; ‘I would like this one for Christmas’; and ‘I’m going to slap you, you're a bad guy’. These bad guys must act up at night because the other morning when we came in, a number of the transformers were out of Posiiion Hopefully, the good guys won. An interesting coincidence: a cartoon in a local newspaper the other day showed a picture of a boy playing with a transformer with mother standing over him. The caption read, “I suggest you transform yourself into a student and do your homework.’ An interesting tie-in for our display.
