Christine Lagoski, a freshman. at Wyoming recently won the Pennsyl- vania American Legion's Annual High School Oratorical and Essay Contest in the school and the district finals, but was district finals. Christine was awarded a $50 savings bond and a given a check for $25 from the American Legion in Swoyersville. Christine recited a 10 minute, self-written, memorized speech on the Fifth Amendment. Christine was judged on the originality and con- tent of the speech, voice quality, style and body actions. Martin Freming. Mrs. Kuzma is the former Anna Mae Adamchick, daughter of the late Mrs. Pauline Senko and the late Peter Adamchick. Kuzma is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kuzma of Swoyersville. The Kuzmas are. the parents of a daughter, Mrs. Rosalie Rogers, Cruigsbury. They also have three grand- daughters.
