Bielecki allegedly was traveling on Ransom Road on Friday, March 4at10 a.m. and the truck drifted onto the center line in the road. He narrowly missed colliding with the Miers’ vehicle, went out of control and stuck a telephone pole, shearing it at the base. Upon arriving’ at the sence, Chief Miers called both Kingston Township and State: ‘Police” at Wyoming: In all incidents involving their own personnel, it is State Police policy to be called. In many cases they in- vestigate in person. In this instance, however, because of the minor nature of the accident and the fact that their car was busy elsewhere, State Police did not come out. No one was injured, but Bielecki’s truck was badly damaged. He said the truck belonged to Jerry Brown, a friend. Bielecki noted he was carting manure to a farm in Jackson Twp. when the mishap occurred. Miers was returning to his home in at RD 1, Pittston. Pennsylvania Nurses Association for a two-year term. ARRIVING AT THE ARRAIGNMENT--Clifford Buck- man Jones II, 22, 94 Norton Ave., Dallas arrives at District Justice Leonard Harvey’s office in Dallas for arraignment on 64 separate burglary charges. Jones is presently incarcerated in the Luzerne County lockup in lieu of $195,000 bail, and it’s not over yet. The Dallas man, who has been charged with burglary and related offenses may be charged with up to 15 more such crimes com- mitted during the last year. To date, he is charged with burglaries in 11 municipalities including several in the Back Mountain.
