Kemmerer, 83 Watkins Street, Swoyersville, July 19 at 10:30 a.m. in Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. The double ring ceremony was performed by Monsignor Francis A. Kane who concelebrated the Nuptial Mass with the Rev. Thomas M. Jordan. ~The bride, escorted by her father, wore a formal satapeau gown, the entire bodice of which was Belgium lace with designs traced in pearls, trimmed with ruffled lace bib and a ruffled lace Victorian 1eckline. The full sleeves vere of matching lace studded with pearls. The »mpire a-line silhouette vas completed with a deep ace-flounced hemline lowing into an attached :athedral length train nhanced with scattered ace and pearl motifs. Her matching lace ieadpiece, studded with earls, featured a circular, ace-edged veil with ratching pearl and lace 10tifs. She carried a cascade bouquet of white MR. & MRS. E.G. KEMMERER roses, miniature carnations and baby’s breath. Marian Rosser, maid of honor and cousin of the bride, was attired in a formal length gown of petal pink voil, featuring a matching short bolero jacket accented with white lace edging and capelet sleeves of dotted swiss voil in petal pink. The a-line skirt ended in a flounce of white lace and dotted swiss voil. She wore a matching pink straw picture hat with white satin streamers and carried a colonial bouquet of white sweetheart roses, pink daisies and baby’s breath with matching white steamers. Bridesmaids were Ruth Ann Nulton, sister-in-law of the bride; Geralyn Kemmerer, sister of the bridegroom; Joyce Jolley; and Sharon Mooney. They wore gowns identical to the maid of honor’s true blue voil with matching blue straw picture hats with white satin streamers and carried colonial bouquets of white sweetheart roses, blue daisies and baby’s breath with matching white streamers. Linda Jean Pipan, flower girl and cousin of the bride, was attired identically to the maid of honor in gown and picture hat of petal pink. She carried a white straw basket filled with pink sweetheart roses and white daisies with matching white streamers. over blue polyester fashioned with a ruffled round neckline and cape sleeves. Rev. Robert Dewitt Yost performed the double ring ceremony. Soloist was Gloria Campbell. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an A-line white silk organza and chantilly lace gown, + enhanced with pearls. Mrs. Lamoreux is a graduate of Tunkhannock High School, Bradford Beauty Academy and owns and operates her own beauty shop in White Birch Trailer Court, Dallas. Mr. Lamoreux is a graduate of Dallas High School, Wilkes-Barre Data Processing Center and is employed in the Operations Center of the First Eastern Bank, Wilkes-Barre. Mrs. Lamoreux was feted at a shower at her home given by her attendants. The groom’s parents entertained the bridal party at Castle Inn, Dallas, following the rehearsal. The bride was honored at a dinner hosted by her aunt, Bettie Sullivan, at the Castle Inn. She was also feted by the Dallas Junior High School women faculty at a dinner held at Newberry Estates and at a shower given by her bridemaids. After rehearsal, the groom’s parents entertained at a dinner at their home. Following a wedding trip to to the shore, the couple will reside at 341 Machell Ave., Dallas.
