Any individual or business association which shall undertake to sponsor, promote musical program, arts festival or sports contest within the LEGAL Township of Kingston for a permit to conduct such event at least one week prior to the scheduled event and shall state, in proper form, the names and addresses of all of the sponsors and promoters of the event, the purpose of said event, the contemplated date and duration in hours of said event, the location of the premises upon which the said event shall be conducted and sufficient evidence of the right of said sponsors and promoters to use the premises for the conduct of said event thereon, the con- templated number of par- ticipants in and observers of said event, the availability of sufficient off-street automobile parking to accommodate the participants and observers of said event, the availability of waste disposal facilities, the availability of fire and other casualty safeguards, and the availability of police and medical facilities. Section III. The cost of the permit for public assembly shall be ten ($10.00) dollars and shall be paid by the applicant to the Secretary of the Board of Supervisors of Kingston Township upon the filing of the application with the Secretary of the Board of Supervisors of Kingston Township. Section IV. Any individual or any principal of any business association who whall violate any provision of this Or- dianance shall, upon conviction therefor, before a District Magistrate, be sentenced to pay a fine or penalty of One Hun- dred ($100.00) Dollars.
