Page Two Fourth Starlight Ball To be Elegant Affair The fourth annual Starlight Ball, scheduled to be held at West Side Armory Nov. 6, will be sponsored again this year by the Wilkes-Barre, General Hospital Auxiliary for the benefit of the hospital's patient care program. According to Mrs. Richard J. Levy, ball general chairman, the 1971 event is expected to be quite elegant with plans for two of America’s leading society dance orchestras, a gourmet seated dinner, a light breakfast, a specially constructed dance floor, valet parking, and a decorating motif based on “Moonlight and Stars.” Mrs. Charles E. Meyers is co- chairman. Mrs. Adrian M. Pearsall, patron committee chairman, has already announced full membership of the patrons’ committee for the event. She stated all members of the community are invited to become patrons, and may do so by contacting any committee member. The committee in- cludes: Mesdames Pearsall, chair- man; Lewis T.
