Gilbert Lauds Church Congregation Rev. Charles Gilbert, Mt. Zion, who was a member of the Mt. That the church has been radically rebuilt on beautiful lines is well known It is a sanctuary of worshipful colonial dignity, its entrance recalling old New England churches with its stately columns. “The people themselves have be- come a ‘‘caring’ congregation, car- ing enough to work hard. People who have watched the yearly auc- tion grow from small beginnings to an amazingly successful event, have come to know and admire the dili- gence of the people. “Few ever recognize the many details of arrangement and dedicat- ed service which go into a project of this nature.
