Mrs. Bertha Evans, Holly Street flew by jet to Pittsburgh where she is visiting her son, Rev, James Evans. Wallace Perrin has returned home from Nesbitt Hospital where he was a medical patient for several weeks. He is much improved. Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Hemenway of Hillside Farms celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary April 8th. A celebration will be held later, both not being in good health at the time. Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hemenway entertained recently at dinner: Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Hemenway, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Harrison, and Robert the 3rd from Philadelphia; Mrs. Robert Williamson and daughter Lori Ann from York. Doypothy Mathers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Mathers, spent the Easter vacation with her par- ents on Hickory Street. She is a student at Stroudsburg State Col- lege.
