James Case has

after spending spring vacation with
his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred
Case, Carverton Road.
Mrs. Bertha Evans, Holly Street
flew by jet to Pittsburgh where
she is visiting her son, Rev, James
Evans.
Wallace Perrin has returned home
from Nesbitt Hospital where he was
a medical patient for several weeks.
He is much improved.
Mr. and Mrs. C. S. Hemenway of
Hillside Farms celebrated their 26th
wedding anniversary April 8th. A
celebration will be held later, both
not being in good health at the
time.
Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hemenway
entertained recently at dinner: Mr.
and Mrs. C. S. Hemenway, Mr. and
Mrs. Robert Harrison, and Robert
the 3rd from Philadelphia; Mrs.
Robert Williamson and daughter
Lori Ann from York.
Doypothy Mathers, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Robert Mathers, spent
the Easter vacation with her par-
ents on Hickory Street. She is a
student at Stroudsburg State Col-
lege.
Mr. and Mrs. Hampton Hayes of
New Hope, visited Mrs. ‘Hayes’
mother Mrs. Richard Cooke over
the Easter weekend.

Ralph Boston and son Ralph Jr.,
spent Sunday with his sisters, Ruth
and Esther Boston, Pioneer Avenue.
Mrs. Francis Dunham from
Athens, was also guests of the Bos-
tons over the weekend.
Mrs. John R. Austin celebrated
her 80th birthday last: week. She
receives and reads the Dallas Post
weekly, enjoying the news of her
old friends and neighbors. She
now resides in Ithaea, N. Y.

guests of Mr, and Mrs. Asher Wiess,

chairman have announced the fol-

Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Frey spent
Sunday with William Hewitt, Mrs.
Frey is the former Ruth Hewitt.
They now live in Binghamton, N.Y.
Roman Repotski, son of Mrs.
Ruth Repotski, spent the weekend
in Trucksville. He is now employed
in New Jersey.
Judy Chernin, daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Maurice Chernin, under-
went an emergency operation Sun-
day morning. She is a student at
Dallas Junior High School. She is
coming along fine and will enjoy
cards from her student friends.
Mrs. Thomas Vernon has been
appointed a sales representative of
the Thomas Sultzer Monument
Company, Chinchilla. She is also
a school director of the Dallas Area
Schools.
Ms, and Mrs. Robert Harrison
and son Bobby, Philadelphia, spent
the week with Mrs. Harrison's par-
ents, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Hemen-
way, Cliffside Avenue.
Mrs. Robert Williamson and
daughter Lori Ann, York, were also
guests of Mr. and Mrs. Williamson's
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wil-
liamson, Goeringer Avenue, Shaver-
town.
Myr. and Mrs. Kenneth J. Wool-
bert visited his mother, Mrs. Millie
Woelbert and brother Nelson re-
cently at the home of Willard Wool-
bert and family in Ambler. Mrs.
Woolbert and Nelson are now mak-
| ing their home with’ Willard. Their
address is 71 Alene Road, Amber,
