Miles was a victim of an automobile accident recently. They also visited Dr. Ernest Montross, son of Mr. and Mrs, Floyd Montross of Noxen, who is a dental surgeon in California, the Morman Tabernacle in Salt Lake City; saw theatres cut in rock at altitudes of 11,000 feet, in use. Also the Loma Linda, California, which is a new church and holds two services in order to accommodate all the parishioners. 3 They reported a bad accident in Texas, which claimed five lives, as well as several less severe ones, although they had no trouble on their entire trip. Mz. Kibler says he has a deep desire to return to the West after this five week tour. PHILIP WHITE At a pretty fall wedding, Satur day, October 20, Faith Elaine Ed- wards, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. D. L. Edwards, Trucksville, became the bride of Philip B. White, son of Mr. and Mrs. Philip A. White of Meshoppen. The ceremony was performed at noon in St. Joachin’s Church, Meshoppen. The bride, given in marriage by her guardian, Howard W. Risley, Dallas, wore floor length gown of white brocaded satin en train, styled with tight bodice, scoop neckline and long tight sleeves tapered at the wrist. Her fingertip veil fell from a pill box studded with pearls and she carried a bouquet of white carnations, orchids and baby’s breath. She wore a strand of pearls, gift of the bridegroom. Maid of honor was Mary E. White, sister of the bridegroom of Meshop- pen, bridesmaids were Margaret L. Churchill, Caldwell, N. J., Nancy E. Rosenfeld, Stepney, Conn., and Mrs. William P.
