Robert Keiper, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Keiper, who has been stationed with the armed forces at Trois, Fountaine, France, has re- turned to his home here, after twenty-two months in the service. Mr. and Mrs. Loren Case spent the weekend at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Case, Tonawanda, N. Y. Christine Blizzard, chairman for the heart fund drive, reports a collection of $150 in this area. She wishes to thank all who gave so generously. George Buckingham, Boston, Mass., visited friends in this area last weekend. The Irish Fair held by classmates of Methodist Church on Friday eve- ning was a complete success. They cleared $101. The following received prizes for cakes which they entered in the contest. The most original went to Sophia Hackling, the nicest decorated to Mis: Harold Bennett, the best chocolate, Mrs. Vane Race, the white cake to Mrs. Alpha Dymond and the miscellaneous to Mrs. Chester Keiper.
