That it shall be un- lawful fér any person or persons, company, firm or corporation, own- ing, leasing or having control over any private property within the Township of Kingston, to allow or permit any person or persons, €om- pany, firm or corporation to: (1) store, collect, gather and/or accum- ulate abandoned or junked automo- biles upon any private property within the Township of Kingston; and, (2) to establish, carry on, con- duct and/or operate an automobile graveyard and/or automobile junk- yard upon any private property within the Township of Kingston. SECTION 3. That the storage, collection, gathering and/or accu- mulation of abandoned or junked automobiles, trucks or other vehicles and/or the establishment, carrying on, conduct and/or operation of automobile graveyards and/or auto- mobile junkyards shall be and is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. SECTION 4. That any person or persons, company, firm or corpora- tion, offending or violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall upon conviction thereof before a Justice of the Peace be subject to a fine or penalty in the .sum of DALLAY, LARS and offense or costs for each such violation, or undergo imprisonment in the Luzerne Coun- ty Jail or Workhcuse for a period of thirty (30) days for default of the payment of such fine or penalty and costs within ten (10) days from the impositions thereof.
