The hi: lory of The Prudential Insur ance Company of America has been one continues record of success and ac complishment, but the gains made dur ing the year just closed surpass any thing in the previous history of the company. Tho amount of life insurance written and paid for during the year was over $272,000,000, which is reported to have been of such high quality that the total amount of paid-for insurance In force has been jrought to more than $800,000,- 000. The Prudential is truly ranked as "one of the great life insurance com panies of the world," not only in size, but in those features which make for strength and the protection of policy holders interests, as well as a progres sive and liberal administration. The assets cl the company have increased to $60,000,000, which, with a surplus exceeding .50.000,000, furnish ample se curity for all insurance contracts. Nearly 6,000,000 policies in force indicate tho popularity of the Pruden tial with the great insuring public, for the business of this company now ex tends from Maine to tho Pacific coast, and from tho St. Lawrence to the Gulf states, a typical American company of the highest grade, with an American success and an unlimited American future.
