Noonan, was taken ap and on motion of Anderson and seconded by Campbell, it was unanimously carried that clerk be in- strocted to notify Mr. Davis that the council will meet be and Dr. Noonan, Monday night, March 20, in the coun- cil chambers at 3 o'clock. The petition signed by several citizens praying for an arc or street light to be placed on Fifth avenue near Little's meat market was again brought up and on motion of Winslow ane seconded by Campbell, it was anani mously carried that the Geo. 8 Good Flectric Light company be authorised to place an are light at that point, as asked for, The Borough Auditors presented the statement of the finances of the Bor. ough of Patton which was read and on motion of Cordell and seconded by Winslow it was snanimouasiy carried that it accepted, placed on fie and published in the Parroy CoURiEr according to the law governing the same.
