A Chicago special of recent date says: With the thermometer register ing 32 degrees below zero, Carl Faulkenberg, a 17-year-old fugitive from tho Minnesota Stato Industrial school, rode 75 miles on the pilot of a locomotive and was nearly frozen to death.
