Henry Delegall, who will be put on trial for rape today, and out of which case grew the riots, was brought from Savannah yesterday afternoon under a strong military guard. John Delegall, who secured a change of venue to Effingham county and will be put on trial next week, will be taken to Sa vannah for safe keeping under a strong mlltary guard.
