That if any such judge and inspectors of election, or any one of tham shall receive or con sent to receive, any su- h unlawful ballot, or ballots, from any roeh disqualified person, he, or they, so offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, in anv court of quarter sessions of this Commonwealth, he shall, fir each of fense, be sentenced to pay a lino of not leaa than one hundred dollars, and to undergo an imprison ment, in the jail cf the proper county, for not leaa than aizty days. SEC 3.
