K-w A ' 1 (..v(r -- Ml 12 This County Has Taken Part in the State -Wide Non Partisan Movement to Place Judge Endlich, of Berks, Upon the Bench of the Supreme Court i A- a 1 t By petition to the Secretary of the Commonwealth, this, with 58 other counties, has asked that the name of Judge Endlich be placed upon the non-partisan ballot for Judge of the Supreme Court. The County will do credit to its intelligence and judgment in voting for a judge whose eminence and fit ness are so universally recognized. Judge Endlich is known to every practicing lawyer in Pennsylvania, through his published opinions and his books on the law, as one of the most learned judges of his day. No Common Pleas judge in Pennsyl vania is so widely known as jurist, legal author and scholar. His hundreds cf published opinions are regarded as complete collections of the law upon the subjects treated. He has written five books on the law, some of which are used and quoted in the Courts of all the States and, indeed, in the Courts of all English-speaking countries. It was to open to the people the opportunity of choosing men of his dominant ability, great learning, experience and industry that the non-partisan law for the election of judges was passcd: Ask for the non-partisan ballot at the primaries and vote for the non partisan candidate in this way.
