There are four in the eaunty. The Texas Pacific sues tlie Northern Pacific of New Mexico, to recover ICO miles of railroad built upon the former's land grant, ami used by the latter. A Buffalo dispatch announces that the robbery of 800,000 to 8100,000 in bonds from the Erie County Savings Hank has just been discovered. The curiosity excited as to how many immigrants wouid come to Castle Garden during the month of May has at length been satisfied —the prodigious total is 7C,G52. This makes an average of nearly 2,500 a day for the month, and, of course it surpasses anything before known in the country, being greater than some en tire years of immigration. The inllux represents, among other things, a certain proportion of men and women saved from becoming food for powder for kings and kaisers.
