Pursuant to the provisions contained in the 7oth section of the act first aforesaid, the judges of the aforesaid districts shall respectively take charge of the certificate or return of the election of their respective districts, and produee them at a meeting of one judge from each district, at the Court House in the borough of Eboiisburg, on the third day after the day of election, being for the present year on FKI1 VV the 17th of OCTO BER next, then and there to do, and p erform the duties required by law of said judges. Also, that where a judge by sickness or unavoidable accident, is unable to attend said meeting of judges, then the certificate or return aforesaid shad be taken charge of by one of the inspectors or the clerks of the election of said district, who shall do and perform the duties required of said judge unable to attend.
