On-campus Interviewing (OCI) is a special feature of the Nittany Lion Career Net work, especially for graduat ing seniors, offering the opportunity to interview for entry-level positions with a variety of employers; from business, industry, and gov ernment. OCI is a pre-select sys tem, where employers select candidates from among the students who request inter views with them. There is a one-time $15.00 fee per academic year for the use of this service.
