Faculty Senate to hear student behavior report More students are using a Univer sity policy that allows them to drop classes without penalty 10 days into the semester, and with a small pen alty until the end of the 12th week, a University official said. Frank Kristine, assistant profes sor of chemistry at Mont Alto cam pus and a faculty senator, will present this finding and others he gathered from a University Faculty Senate committee grade distribution report at the Faculty Senate meeting at 1 this afternoon in 112 Kern. A proposed ordinance will go before State College Borough Council next month, Borough Planning Director Carl Hess said. Planning Commission Chairman Pet er Everett suggested that a third dis trict, with a two-hour parking limit and requiring no permit, be added for shop pers and visitors.
