As tentatively planred, an international night will em phasize one particular country and honor students from that country. The evening would be gin with dinner in the Terrace Room featuring food 'from the chosen country. After dinner, there will be a short speech pertaining to that country. NASA Exhibit In other business, the com mittee decided to sponsor an exhibit of prints entitled “The Last Five Years in Space.” These 100 prints will be pro vided by the National Aero nautic and Space Administra tion. The committee also heard reports from the various sub committees, and discussed the Negro culture project sched uled for the week of Feb. 17 to 23. During this week. Nearo leaders in all fields will be in vited to speak on campus to help establish better under standing of the racial prob lem. , THE DAILY COLLEGIAN, UNIVI Museum Acquires 15 Altman Prints The Museum of Modern Art, New York, N.Y., has acquired for its permanent collection fif teen etchings and lithographs by Harold Altman, associate pro fessor of art. Some of the prints in this group were created during Altman’s last year of Guggenheim Fellow ship, prior to his joining the faculty here. Others were done at Tamarind Lithography Work shop in Los Angeles, where Alt man worked as a Tamarind Fellow in 1961. The most recent prints in the group were com pleted this summer.
