THE MAJOR difficulties that have arisen in applying the pro gram to practical purposes is that governments •and the wealthy people of the Latin American countries object to several of the internal forms' that the country must make, Blanksten said. IN THE MAJORITY of the Latin American countries, Blank sten.siid, 78 per cent of the crop producing land is owned'by about two per cent of the people. The main reason the, wealthy people object to dividing the land among all the people of the coun try is because this is Ithe only way they can show their wealth.
