Head football coach Rip Engle, team captain Joe Galardi, quar terback Pete Liske and tackle Chuck Sieminski are slated to address those attending the rally and to receive, for themselves and their teammates, thegood wishes and cheers of the 4,000 plus stu dents expected to attend. AFTER HEARING the perform- ance of the campus newcomers at Monday night's songfest, one orientation leader commented that "this should be the best rally in years." Women's and men's orienta tion leaders have been requested to escort their groups to the rally and hatmen and hatwomen have been asked to assist in the cheer ing. The University's cheerleaders and portions of the Penn State Blue Band, which will make its first formal appearance of the season at the foolball game Satur day, will also be at the rally.
