(William C. Pelton, head of the !department, to plea for more emphasis on security measures in residence halls and other build ings. Pelton said that all rooms should be kept locked when un occupied even if they are vacant ifor only a few minutes. "I am especially concerned with the fact that students and staff members leave valuables in hall ways on coatracks or in their Iclothing," Pelton said. A meeting to make final plans will be held at 7:30 p.m. in 111 Boucke. Any students interested in nvilcing the trip may attend. The schedule for the day in cludes an interview with Sena tors Scott and Clark, a tour or the White House and a visit to the House of Representatives and the Senate.
